Withdrawal Policy

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new users only on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity window specified at the time of issuance. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activities on the gdbet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager will not be accepted except in cases of a verified technical error.
• gdbet reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error, system malfunction, or match manipulation is identified.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the prevailing rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, etc.) in the event of match abandonment, DLS method application, or other regulatory interventions.
• In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet, gdbet's records shall be the definitive source of truth. Users may escalate unresolved disputes to the customer support team within 72 hours of the event's conclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the gdbet platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any use of the platform for illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to exploit the platform's systems or bonuses.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other users in any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property
